Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all Rang Ja ethnic tags attached, to qualify for a successful exchange.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier partner.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
